1. THE AGREEMENT By accessing this website and purchasing from ISKA OBJECTS, you agree to be bound by these Service Standards. These protocols apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The “ISKA” name, the “Reforged Man” identity, and all visual content (images, architectural layouts, and text) on this site are the exclusive property of ISKA OBJECTS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of our digital or physical assets is strictly prohibited.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

4. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

1. DATA COLLECTION
When you purchase from ISKA, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. This is strictly for the purpose of Logistics and Order Fulfillment.

2. CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

3. DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (e.g., Payment Gateways, Courier Services), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

4. SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

1. DISPATCH PROTOCOL All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days.

  • Operating Hours: Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

2. CARRIERS We utilize standard courier services (J&T, JNE, SiCepat) for domestic distribution. Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon dispatch.

3. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from ISKA OBJECTS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY The client is responsible for providing a full and accurate delivery address. ISKA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete address data provided at checkout.

1. THE LIFETIME PLEDGE We stand by the structural integrity and material quality of our work. If your item fades, tarnishes, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free. Forever.

2. HYGIENE & RETURNS Due to the nature of body jewelry and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.” Please review the sizing guide and specifications carefully before purchasing.

3. WRONG SIZE EXCHANGES If you ordered the incorrect size, we may offer an exchange within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition.

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sizing exchanges.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    • Gift cards.

    • Items purchased on “Final Sale.”

    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the user.
